Former Tom Savini Workshop Location for NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD 1990's effects work by Optic Nerve

From the 80's up to the 2000's Tom Savini had a workshop in Lawrenceville, a suburb of Pittsburgh. I looked at behind the scenes footage from NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD 1990 to find this location. The footage features the special effects work of Optic Nerve: Everett Burrell, John Vulich, and Jerry Gergely, as they fabricated many of the effects for NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD 1990. I have this full footage posted here on my channel also, included here are just the clips showing outside the building in the back and the front and how they look in the present. The inside of the building has been completely renovated and turned into a condo where this workshop was located. The modern day footage is from August 16, 2016. The original footage would probably be from sometime in 1989.
