Cheers! :) Tekken 3 is iconic! I felt the FMV cutscenes deserved some love. So I took the STR files directly from the PS1 ROM, converted them to AVI files using chroma upsampling, then used AI to upgrade them from 240P 20FPS to nearly 1080P 40FPS (inside a 60FPS container). Not sure why they picked 20FPS as 15FPS or 12FPS was more common to save space. Some games even had 30FPS cutscenes, so 20FPS is a bit odd.
