CONAN THE DESTROYER- Atlantean Sword Scene (HD)

Arnold Schwarzenegger didn't like the family-friendly, comic book approach to this movie, but I do. As a great lover of the Conan short stories, I feel Conan thrives in this style. Conan's creator, Robert E. Howard (and every Conan author since) wrote in the comic book style that made Conan our favorite barbarian, so why change the winning formula? There's a counterpoint: The more serious first Conan movie did better at the box office in the US, and Schwarzenegger refused to do any more Conan movies as a result of his disappointment with this, the second one. The novel 'Conan the Destroyer' was written by Robert Jordan, and if you dare disagree with Schwarzenegger and liked this movie, you'll like Jordan's novel even more.
