Bensouda Ready to Engage Kenya

International Criminal Court Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda now says she is ready to engage Kenya in its push to have Kenyan cases referred to local courts if it proves it can handle the cases. This comes barely a week after the African union's unanimous decision to support the return of the trials against president Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto brought to Kenya.
