Nobody truly knows the weight I carried this year. I met the most vulnerable version of myself and realized it took everything I had just to survive my silent battles. There were moments I almost gave up, nearly losing myself to the pain. No one saw how many times I had to pull myself together just to make it through the day. For that, I am so proud to still be standing. I’ve seen the saddest, most devastated version of who I am—but through it all, I discovered my own strength.
