Putin says Moscow ready for talks to end Russia war on Ukraine
For the first time, Russian leader Vladimir Putin says Moscow is ready for talks to end the 10-month-long war in Ukraine. But even as he said that, Russia continued with its attack on Ukraine Monday. Skyler Henry reports
