Take comfort for today that God is a stronghold for his people. Be mindful of our own mortality and pray that those around us will be shown their own mortality and frailty and they will turn to God to give them assurance. Confession of sin Confession of our self-reliance Confession of our distraction from thinking about God’s continued goodness to us Confession of our particular sins and attitudes that do not honour God Castlewellan & Leitrim Protection for our members Comfort for those who are fearful and worried God to still be at work through his Word and Spirit even when we can’t join together Sunday by Sunday for public worship PCI For staff and carers at PCI care homes and facilities For congregations as they adjust to new circumstances and restrictions placed upon congregational life For our witness to the world as we remain confident in Christ and in God’s sovereign rule over all things even in the midst of Covid-19 Wider world For doctors and nurses and other hospital staff on the front line and as they care for those who are in hospital due to other issues (pray for any particular medical professionals you know) For those suffering with the virus and for their families as they cope with it For those now out of work and facing an uncertain future For those with financial worries brought about by the restrictions placed upon our lives Feel free to add to these as the Lord leads you
