PETA Rescues Dog Trapped on Island During Volcanic Eruption

They gave her food, water, & lots of love before taking her safely off the island for veterinary care. This sweet dog has been a friend to PETA for years. Whenever the team’s boats arrive there to provide vet care for horses on the island, she always excitedly runs toward them and follows them around wherever they go.
