Form a hole, best using a can. Add the Mac & Cheese into the hole and wrap the beer can burger with 2 Slices of bacon. Preheat your grill for 160°C / 320°F. Put the Burger on indirect heat, add some wood chips to get a nice smoky flavour, close the lid and cook the burger for approx. 45 min. Toast a burger bun, add some BBQ Sauce and lettuce and place the Big Mac & Cheese on top and enjoy! Stay tuned and see you soon!
