S. Korea names former PM as special envoy to China on THAAD, DPRK

South Korean President Moon Jae-in announced on Monday that Lee Hae-chan, a former prime minister, will head to China soon as a special envoy. Lee's appointment is separate from that of South Korea's ambassador to China.
