Double Decker Barfi / Milk powder sweet /Diwali sweets recipe /Chocolate burfi / Indian sweet recipe

Hello Friends, Today I am back with a special sweet- Double Decker Barfi that you can easily prepare during the Diwali festival. Not only will it surprise your guests but it is also super easy to make. What you will need: • Milk Powder: 2&1/2 cup • Ghee: 4-5 tsp • Sugar: 1 cup • Milk: 1&1/2 cup • Kewra water: 1/8 tsp (optional) • Cocoa powder: ¼ cup • Pistachio: 6-7 sliced How to make: • Take 3 tsp ghee and heat it. • Once the ghee melts add 1&1/2 cup of milk powder and roast for 2 mins. • Now add 1/3 cup of sugar and 1 cup of milk. • Add the milk gradually so that no lumps are formed. • Now add 1/8 tsp of kewra water for flavour. • You can also add rose water or elaichi powder as per your choice. • Once the mixture is cooked and it starts to leave the sides, shift it to a greased box. Now let it cook and set in room temperature. • Again tale 2 tsp of ghee and add 1 vup of milk powder and 1/3 cup cocoa powder. • Mix it well and add sugar and milk to create a mixture. • The steps are similar to the previous one. • We have added cocoa powder to the mixture to create a different layer. • Once the mixture is ready, put ot on top of the white mixture to create the layer. • Allow it to cook and set for 3-4 hrs. • Cut the sweet it equal pieces and garnish it with sliced pistachio. • Your double decker sweet is ready for your guests. #doubledeckerbarfi #diwalisweets #milkpowdersweet Double decker milk powder barfi, chocolate burfi, diwali sweet is a two layer burfi that is made from milk powder.
