Nier Replicant Ver.1.22 - Defense System Geppetto (Hard Difficulty) - Third boss Guide 4K60p

This video shows how to beat the third boss of the new game Nier Replicant Ver. 1.22 - Defense System Geppetto on Hard difficulty. Strategy/Tips - Phase 1: 1) Do not try hitting the face. You cannot do magic damage and its not reachable for melee. 2) Three types of attacks - Lasers from the side, lasers from the top and hand smashes. For the first two attacks, just use magic damage and have your primary focus on dodging lasers. Staying in the center to jump over both of them or dodging those attacks seemed to be easier although I did get hit a few times and I was short of herbs (Gauntlet before the boss is annoying). Best way to smash damage is when you dodge the smashes. Can do magic and physical on the hands. Phase 2: This phase would only have adds appearing. First will be the laser/red ball robots. Second wave will be of the canisters that throw red balls. The good part is, they have very little hp. Phase 3: In this phase, you just need to do three things. 1) Dodge the missiles when the head goes up. Just keep running/rolling. Be careful in the later stages - Some missiles are delayed. 2) Dodge the laser coming out of the bosses mouth. If you stay on one side, you won't get hit. 3) Pick up the bombs and throw it in his mouth. GG!
