A year after the events of Watch Dogs, Raymond "T-Bone" Kenney returns to Blume to delet his personal data from CTOS before leaving Chicago. As security approaches and questions him, T-Bone pretends to be a computer technician on a company-appointed penetration testing assignment. Frewer calls to warn him of being targeted, but T-Bone pretends to converse with his leader. When a worker notices T-Bone's wrench, he becomes suspicious, but T-Bone quickly subdues them. Using a system vulnerability, T-Bone unlocks a locked door and escapes through an emergency exit, then enters an elevator. After entering the elevator, the power is cut off by the guards. T-Bone climbs out of the top of the elevator and defeats the guards. He then infiltrates another computer, opening the window's iron curtain. The window is blown up and shot through from the outside. T-Bone kills the CTOS security reinforcements and calls Aiden, then enters The Silo and falls asleep. Upon waking up, T-Bone reluctantly answers Frewer's call and learns that Frewer has been locked in the trunk by the fixers. T-Bone attempts to track Frewer's phone's GPS signal, but the signal is unstable due to interference. Eventually, T-Bone successfully tracks down Frewer's location, intercepts the car, and returns to the silo after killing the fixers. T-Bone opens the trunk, and Frewer comes out feeling angry, thinking T-Bone would harm him. The two argue, with T-Bone questioning what Frewer did to anger the fixers, while Frewer blames T-Bone for causing trouble. Eventually, Frewer thanks T-Bone and begins to leave until T-Bone states they'll keep coming after him. Frewer decides to stay in T-Bone's silo, with T-Bone warning him not to touch any of his stuff. T-Bone calls Detective Sheila Billings for a job that involves him targeting the Chicago South Club.
