After Worthing exerted a bit of early pressure, the hosts went ahead after 30 minutes through Dumebi Dumaka's defelcted effort, his third goal in as many games. On the stroke of half-time it was two, with Vas Karagiannis firing in from the edge of the area. The points were wrapped up after 53 minutes, as Marc Weatherstone headed home a Gavin Tomlin corner for his first Champion Hill goal. Worthing gave themselves a lifeline as Omar Bugiel converted a rebounded shot, before Ashley Carew popped up with a goal of the season contender, smashing home a free-kick from 25 yards, to ensure four goals scored in consecutive weeks.
