Painting a mountain nightscape with the cheapest oil paints available... £3.49 for the WHOLE SET!!!

Is it possible to paint a half decent picture with the cheapest oils available?... kinda very ish. So should you? - oh HELL no!... I tried so that you don't have to! (and because I lost the bet...)
