How to Use Circle to Search Without Navigation or Gesture Bar

This is only for Android devices that support Circle to Search. Unsupported devices has different methods (for example, rooting the phone). A lot of people have been asking how to use CtS without gestures bar, and the fact that Google's answer is "that's the neat part, you don't" is a bit ridiculous.
