Once inside the app, ensure you're on the "Alarm" tab. You’ll see a list of your saved alarms. Step 2: Simply tap the switch next to an alarm to turn it on (blue) or off (gray). It's also possible to enable or disable multiple alarms at once. Tap on the three vertical dots and select the "Edit" option.
