Sekiro - Ashina Genichiro NG+2 Charmless Demon Bell

Me fighting Ashina Genichiro NG+2 in Sekiro with Demon Bell active and having giving the charm away to Kuro. Charmless means when I block I take chip damage, and I'm not really sure what the demon bell does since I haven't noticed any difference in NG+2.
