No stress , Calm down - Ambient sound - Lord Calm Down

I asked myself, with subtle observation: Everything we can do, In ONE MINUTE of attitude, Growth or disappointment? We can in THIS MINUTE, Rejoice in the smallest things, So vast and worthy of celebration, Around the world; Or simply to be sad, Depressed and attached to adversity, That shine on us continuously, But they always go away! We can with ONE MINUTE, Motivate, give attention, Nourish with hope with good ideas, Each and every person; Or we can suck the energies of others, Thus raising the low self-esteem, Who suffers, With bad advice that kids! We can in ONE MINUTE, Bring peace to the heart, And the inspiring harmony, For relationships, With whom we love; Or just leave, Pride prevails, By venting the wills of the ego, Hostility generator, Destroyer of what we dream! We can use this MINUTE DONATE, To feel part of the universe, And act forever for good, In all aspects; Or we can be selfish, thinking, It's just me in the world and that's it! Generating evil, Like the light of a spectrum. We can live the MINUTE intensely, Going inward, And letting the natural perception flow, That Love, is the greatest force; Or we can just pass the time, Being oblivious to the needs of others, Believing that everything goes from bad to worse! But I say that with the RARE MINUTES, We can do so much for so many, Helping to light the flame of faith, Existing in the recesses of each being! Since everything is the result of our choices, I truly wish: The use of the clairvoyance of each one, To do only, Awareness happen! Choose ALL MINUTES, To live up to your own conscience. Externalize your virtues, And remove from you: The duality of indifference!
