Pharaoh Brown Suspended Over Snowball Fight

I'm afraid I've got to go with the school on this one. A traditional snowball fight where people chuck snowballs at each other is one thing (did it quite a bit with friends over the years myself), but targeting traffic with the snowballs is pretty dangerous to say the least.
