Fume Knight SL1 NG+7 CoC Broken Ladle No Rolling/Blocking/Parrying

It has been over three and a half years since I last played DS2 but looks like I've still got it as they say. I never did a real low damage no roll fight of this boss back in the day like I did with the other good DS2 bosses like Sinh, Sir Alonne and Aava so I thought why not go for Fume Knight now since I recently celebrated ten years playing Souls games and DS2 was my first Souls game so it seemed fitting that I would do a DS2 kill as a sort of commemoration of where it all began. Sentimental stuff aside as for the fight itself I always thought that a Broken Ladle Fume Knight kill could be done much faster with no roll strafe strats, back in the day I theorised it would be around 20 minutes but turns it would be even faster than that. I would say you could probably get a fight as fast as sub 15 minutes. One more thing I would like to say is this boss's phase transition is like no other in the series. You will never notice this unless you are doing an endurance kill but when he goes into phase 2 doesn't seem to be tied to his HP bar but rather the amount of hits you do to him or the amount of time that has passed since the fight started, I'm not sure which one it is but it's probably a mix of the two. Of course he will go into phase 2 if you get his HP lower enough before time's up or if you enter the fight wearing Velstadt's helmet but I thought it was interesting that he also has a third trigger for going into phase 2.
