Weeknight newscast from the NBC affiliate in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN television market. Commercials were edited. This was the final newscast for long-time anchor Paul Magers, who would take an anchor position at KCBS-TV in Los Angeles in January of 2004 (he retired in 2017). Due to copyright, the Beatles song "In My Life", heard during a toss to a commercial break, and during the video montage of Magers at the end of the broadcast, was substituted.
