Family of hit and run victim can't move forward

Husein Brkic called about 10 p.m. to say his tire had gone flat on the Acosta Bridge and he needed help. Before Tina could get there, a passing driver hit her father and drove away. When his daughter arrived, Brkic had died. 8 months later her family struggles to get by and wants to know who did this.
