HILLIARD (Lisa Rantala/Dawn Faugl) -- A store employee could spend up to five years in prison after he told police he touched an 11-year-old girl while at work. Isaiah Jackson, 23, went before a judge Wednesday on charges of gross sexual imposition. Police say he was working inside the Family Dollar on Roberts Road Tuesday night when he groped the young victim who came in to buy candy. Store video shows Jackson's fingers fondled the girl's bottom. Family Dollar Corporate told ABC 6/FOX 28 that Jackson has been fired. His attorney say the Family Dollar was his second job, and he was also in school studying to be a dental assistant.
