8 Year Old Girl Gets Some Carnage On the Payette River! Team Pink!

It was a great level, great waves and she was hooting and hollering, getting combat rolls and all around thrilled to be on the river with us. Until, she met a rock. But even after that, she had, perhaps, even more fun riding down the river tandem in Dan's Super Hero! Laughing and carrying on like nothing had happened. I wish it didn't happen, of course I wish it had't happened, but I'm so incredibly blown away by her attitude. She's kinda proud that she has a story, that she knows she handled herself with a mental toughness far surpassing her age! 10 stitches later, Maddy is doing great and already talking about the next river she's going to run.
