Crowd gathered round damaged house STORYLINE: Israeli troops demolished two Palestinian homes during an operation in the West Bank town of Ramallah early on Thursday. The explosions rocked surrounding neighbourhoods. Clashes erupted at one demolished home, as locals threw stones at Israeli troops. Witnesses had earlier reported troop movements in the town, in the wake of two Palestinian suicide bombings on Tuesday. Two bombers killed 15 Israelis in attacks in central Israel and Jerusalem just six hours apart on Tuesday. One homes was demolished just south of Yasser Arafat's compound, the other in the suburb of Beitunia.
