USA Recycling Commercial Waste Sorting System
Commercial waste recycling system designed and installed by Van Dyk Recycling Solutions (https://vdrs.com) with a cardboard (OCC) screen, fines screen magnet, and 2 TOMRA optical sorters. The system processes material from commercial businesses and automatically recovers: • Cardboard is recovered via OCC screen • Small OCC is recovered and blended with OCC via the 1st TOMRA optical sorter positively ejecting small cardboard • Sorted Office Paper is recovered from remaining stream via the 2nd TOMRA optical sorter positively ejecting white paper from mixed paper Or customer can change settings and… • Mixed Paper is recovered from remaining stream via the 2nd TOMRA optical sorter.
