State Senator Nielsen requests audit of ACCJC

State Senators Jim Nielsen and Jim Beall went before the Joint Legislative Audit Committee (JLAC) on August 21, 2013, and presented the case for investigating the use of taxpayer funds by California's rogue accrediting commission. In the presentation, Senator Nielsen, a Republican, reported that he had "never dealt with a more arrogant, condescending and dismissive individual" than ACCJC president Barbara Beno. JLAC agreed to the audit over the objections of two commissioners.
