This yoga class is a gentle, all floor practice focused on lengthening laterally, or side body stretching. The side bodies are targeted with a variety of kneeling postures and a gate pose series. Opening up the side body can help to reduce stiffness, to strengthen the core muscles, and to improve breathing.
