After beating both Team Rocket Admins, you’ll take on a scientist who was tailing you when you were about to retrieve the Sapphire at the Dotted Hole. This scientist stole the Sapphire you were after and vows to sell it for a chunk load of money. Speak with this scientist and battle him. 3 of the opponents will use Spark to paralyze targets. Magneton will use Tri Attack to cause paralysis, burning, or freezing. Porygon will use Conversion to change type and Recover to restore HP. After defeating this scientist, he will hand over the Sapphire so you can bring it to Celio at the Pokémon Net Center on One Island.
