Ref intentionally bumps chest into Husker for no reason

Why would this ref intentionally raise his chest into a football player? The Video Says it all. What did Compton say to the ref after it happened as he apparently saw it too? Please forward on to others as this guy should lose his job. ESPN commentators never said anything about it.
