7AM: Hurricane Laura expected to make landfall as major hurricane near Texas/Louisiana border
As a much weaker Marco continues to move slowly west, Hurricane Laura becomes the priority. Laura is forecast to become a major (category-3 or above) hurricane by landfall, which is expected near the Louisiana, Texas border sometime late Wednesday or early Thursday.
