S. Korea considers Japan's proposal to hold quadrilateral summit on sidelines of NATO

This was confirmed by the top office on Monday following a report in the Yomiuri Shimbun. According to the paper, Tokyo is considering holding a summit with South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. The four are expected to come to together to oppose Beijing's attempts to unilaterally change the status quo in the East and South China seas.
