We weren’t sure of the vegan Quebec City food options when we visited, but we were very excited there was a very delicious all vegan restaurant nearby our hotel. Located in Old Quebec, Don Vegan was bustling when we visited for dinner and we were super hungry because we didn’t have reservations until later in the evening.
