Tyre Nichols: Five ex-officers plead not guilty over death

In the US, five former Memphis police officers have pleaded not guilty to the murder of Tyre Nichols, in their first court appearance. (Subscribe: https://bit.ly/C4_News_Subscribe) Video footage of the officers beating and kicking Mr Nichols following a traffic stop last month shocked America, sparking renewed protests over police brutality. The men - who are facing a string of additional charges - were fired after an investigation by the Memphis Police Department last month.
