Apply a coat of OPI Infinite Shine I Believe in Manicures from the Breakfast at Tiffany's Collection. 5. Remove the nail vinyl with tweezers while the polish is still wet. With a brush and acetone clean around your cuticles. I used a Twinkled_t 6 cleaning brush. 6. Apply OPI Infinite Shine Gloss top coat. The Infinite Shine shades are available at Ulta.
