How to spend a weekend in London by yourself | Point A Hotels

London is without a doubt my absolute favourite city in the UK - no, actually the world! There's so much to do and see that you could never get bored which is why it is the perfect destination for a weekend away by yourself. I don't actually get to travel by myself that much, but when I got invited for a weekend away in London by Point A Hotels, none of my friends or family could come with me and so I decided to do a spot of solo travelling. Point A Hotel Liverpool Street was the perfect base for exploring London, it was a stone's throw away from Shoreditch, which is the really trendy, hipster side of London. It's full to the brim with quirky cocktail bars (I highly recommend Trapeze!), cute places to eat (Pizza East was awesome!) and loads of cool street art. The hotel itself is budget-friendly but really stylish. The rooms are petite but really well thought out – there is plenty of space for all your things as the mirrors on either side of the bed hide storage cupboards and you can pop your cases under the bed.
