Media, which shows pieces of poplar being cut into handles, which are shaped and reinforced with fiberglass and carbon fiber, and paired with blades which are cut and contoured using one of 6,000 replica sticks, and also reinforced with fiberglass, before the whole stick is sealed and decorated. This episode was included on the How It's Made Season 1 and 2 DVD from 2009.
