Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday said Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s special package of Rs 1.25 Lakh Crore was a sham as 87% of it consisted of old sanctioned schemes. He also took digs at the NDA alliance, claiming there is no unity in their alliance and they had no power to take on the mighty JDU-RJD-Congress Mahagathbandhan.
