Niece remembered in deadly Sacramento double shooting

The Sacramento Police Department said it has arrested a 22-year-old man after he shot and killed his 7-year-old niece and another man. The Sacramento County Coroner's Office identified the girl as Isabel Agnes Delgadillo Martin. She would have turned 8 years old on Nov. 22. Tyrice Martin was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on homicide charges, police said. Officers believe there are no other suspects at this time.
