Smoked Baby Back Ribs @smoketrailsbbq TOTAL SERVINGS: 3 PREP TIME: 30 mins COOK TIME: 5-6 hours INGREDIENTS Rack of baby back ribs Your favorite rub Your favorite sauce THE COOK (5-6 hours) Remove membrane from back of ribs and season on both sides with your favorite rub Smoke at 225-250 degrees for 3 hours until ribs are 150 degrees internal Wrap ribs in foil with 1/3 cup clarified butter or regular butter Cook at 300 degrees for 1.5 to 2 hours until ribs probe above 200 degrees and bend easily, slightly tearing on top of the ribs when bent Place ribs unwrapped on the smoker at 300 degrees and brush with your favorite sauce Continue cooking for 30 mins to an hour until sauce tacks up and becomes sticky on the surface of the ribs Slice and serve
