French Interior Minister Christophe Castaner views areas affected by severe flooding in the Var by helicopter, after meeting with the some of those affected. Torrential rains across northern Italy and southern France killed three people at the weekend. In France, two people died and at least one was missing as high floodwaters swamped cars and turned roads into rivers.
