The U.S. secretary of state has revealed how India and China may have prevented Russia from nuking Ukraine amid war. Speaking to The Atlantic, Antony Blinken said that messages conveyed by China and India against the use of nuclear weapons to President Vladimir Putin 'had some effect.'
