Police begin the investigation and learn about Aruna's husband Vimal who is missing after the chit-scam in the locality one year ago. Aruna is helped by her neighbour, Deven and puts Manu in remand hostel. Two weeks later, Aruna files Manu's missing complaint. While investigating the case, police suspect Aruna and Vimal. After the investigation, Aruna is arrested. She confesses that Manu has shared that he has murdered Vimal and buried in the premises of the house. The remains of Vimal's body and the dead body of Manu are retrieved.
