My first playthrough of Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault, I didn't do all the Hidden Objectives and Hero Moments, and didn't use the Aim Down Sight because I tried to use the default control scheme, Aim Down Sight was in Left Alt button not in Mouse Button 2/Right Mouse Button).
