To obtain the trophy you need to master the way of the samurai. This requires you to unlock all skills in the Samurai Mastery tree for Yasuke. First you will need to reach Knowledge Rank 6 by completing red activities e.g. Kuji-kiri, Kata, Horse Archery and Hidden Trail. Video guides for these red activities can be found in the description of this video. Complete the side quest "Nobutsuna's Students" to unlock the "Samurai Stand" skill. Defeat all 7 Nobutsuna's Students to complete the quest. Complete the side quest "Fallen Soldiers" to unlock the "Defensive Breach" skill. Defeat all 5 Genzaburo's Soldiers to complete the quest.
