Lewis Creek Association held a demonstration event and Q&A with consultant Mike Bald (of Got Weeds?), LCA staff, and knotweed removal technicians on August 13, 2025. This first video from our event, describes the project background and our work and plans for removing Japanese knotweed at both of our knotweed removal demonstration sites (in Starksboro at Cota Field, and in Ferrisburgh on Old Hollow Rd). The second video demonstrates knotweed removal techniques, shows our knotweed drying stations, and answers your questions. This is the first of two videos from our Knotweed Removal Demonstration Day on August 13, 2025. This project has been funded wholly or in part by the United States Environmental Protection Agency under assistance agreement (NA23NOS4690078) to NEIWPCC in partnership with the Lake Champlain Basin Program (LCBP).
