With all the talk that Amir Khan has been involved in towards the Mayweather/Pacquiao negotiations, he recently issues his most meaningful statement via twitter regarding a possible fight against Miguel Cotto at a catchweight for the WBC Middleweight Title. Is this a good matchup? My take....
