Final Fantasy XV: Castlemark Tower - Glitch out to entrance?

During battle I have been teloported back to the entrance of the Dungeon after a flash of white took up the whole screen. Curious to see if anyone else has come across this. I am super close to the Platinum trophy and I don't want this glitch to keep me from getting it.
