Today lets check out how to make maggi chaat. Very delicious, instant and unique chaat recipe. 2. Heat a pan and add 1 tsp of oil to it. When the oil is nice and hot, crumble the maggi noodles and add it to it. Roast for 2 minutes in low flame until the noodles turns crispy and golden brown. Now its nicely done, so off the flame and allow this to cool down. 3. Mean while, to a mixing bowl, ad 1 onion very finely chopped, few chopped coriander leaves, 1 green chili chopped, 1 tomato chopped, 2 tbsp of roasted peanuts, 1 tsp of tomato ketchup, 1 tsp of lemon juice, the maggi taste maker that comes along with the maggi noodles, 1/4 tsp of chaat masala and 1/4 tsp of salt. Mix all the ingredients well. 4. Now go ahead and add the roasted maggi and mix it well. Make sure the maggi is nicely mixed with all the ingredients. Now its nicely done give it a two minutes rest time. 5. Then you can enjoy this delicious maggi chaat with your family and friends.
